New CAD/CAM System

We have made a considerable investment in a Weiland CAD/CAM system, the world leader in dental CAD/CAM. This durable system will allow us to manufacture single crowns to full roundhouse bridges from Zirconia, e.max press or empress esthetic. The tolerances are + 2 microns. This system is designed to receive STL files from both Cadent iTero and the 3M COS digital impression scanners. Conventional impressions are poured and scanned here at Northwest Laboratories.

This summer we introduced our HD Crowns to all of our clients and are happy to accept e.max HD Crowns with a 5 Day In-House turnaround time! These crowns will be manufactured right here in Bellevue. If you would like your next single unit e.max crown to be made as an HD Crown, please note it on the Rx.
