We are the US West Coast sales and service operation for the largest Dental Lab in the world. Our lab is located just outside Hong Kong and has been servicing dentists all over the world since 1976. Most of the clients are located in Europe and Asia, but since 2003, this great laboratory has been available to Dentists in the US.
There are a number of reasons for our consistently high quality restorations. Here are the main ones:
We average about two weeks for reappointment. Because of the complex logistics and holiday schedule, we provide a return date calendar. If you use this calendar, you will almost never have a missed seat date.
We have a complete lab in Bellevue to handle any small adjustments in a day. So turnaround time is about 3 days.
We use UPS as our pick-up and delivery service. Depending on your location, we use different levels of service, the case will be delivered the next business day to Northwest Laboratories. We provide all shipping supplies at no cost, including the cost of shipping. We send you a sticker to put on the outside of the case bag and then you just call UPS for a pick-up. Really easy.
We handle all aspects of managing your case from our local office. So, you can talk to our Technical Team to review the case prior to prepping. If you have any questions or changes after sending the case, just call us locally.
