If there are any problems with your case, we offer a No-Hassle remake policy. All dental appliances are custom made and unfortunately cannot be refunded.
So you have two choices:
- Within 30 days, a credit will be issued and applied to your account for any cases with problems pertaining to our laboratory work.
- Anytime, we will remake or repair the case. (If you change materials, the original costs will be credited and the new costs will be invoiced)
Bold Print:
- The original dental restoration must be returned
- This is to maintain our ISO 9001 / 13485 quality certification.
- If the product is damaged, send as much as possible.
- If the product is lost, please call
- A $50 return deposit will be invoiced, until the product is returned.
- If the product is used as a temp, just return it and the $50 will be credited.
- If we asked for a new impression, but followed the Doctor’s instruction to proceed without the new impression, the remake policy is null and void. Any further remake will be completed at full cost.
