- Day One:
- Your case arrives via UPS.
- Your case is inventoried and given a Sales Order number, then shipped out to our Lab in Hong Kong
- Day Two-Four:
- Your case is in transit to our Hong Kong Lab
- Day Five-Seven:

- Our Lab receives and processes your case.
- Any questions/concerns regarding your case are communicated to you
- Day Eight:
- Our Lab ships completed cases and sends us the invoices for these cases.
- Invoices are completed and staged for delivery to you in tomorrow’s shipment
- Day Nine:
- Shipment arrives at our Bellevue Lab
- Your case is packed with the invoices and then shipped to you
- Day Ten:
- Your finished restoration is arriving in your office today!
